金元官印

    金代官印总体上是承袭辽宋旧制,尤其对宋官印的借鉴较多,这是由于宋金对峙各占半壁江山的结果。宋朝深厚的文化、思想、礼制、工艺方面的根基,顺理成章地要影响文化气质稍弱的金人,为金人所仰慕、仿效,印章自然也不例外,对可以折叠盘曲的篆文较严格的小篆更易于接受。故金代用九叠篆入印十分盛行,元人更将是沿用于蒙文人印,于是,九叠文到金元时期,成为一种定制。</P>
<P>    金代官印的印材有金、玉、银、铜。皇帝玺印用金,称宝,如金世宗则诏作大金皇帝万世之宝,系龙钮;太子之宝,为龟钮;“洗王之印"为驼钮。一般官印用铜,为长方形板状钮。钮顶常刻“上字"。</P>
<P>    早期金代官印,即大定和大定以前的官印,布白整齐大方,篆法流畅秀丽,纯熟自然,典雅庄重,给人以美感,当是出于名家之手。如“汝阴县印"、“勾当公事之印"等,这些印线条拙朴生趣,盘曲方中寓圆,绝去生硬呆板之病,印面字的笔画排叠匀满有序,却富于变化,显得疏密有致,灵动自如，打破了人们对金官印板滞的陈见,表现出较高的艺术审美情趣。</P>
<P>    元代官印中，处了用汉文篆书外，还采用八思巴文入印。元官印大都为实用品遗物，非出自墓葬品。</P>
