<P> 此碑刻于北魏普泰元年（公元五三一年），出土地无考，原石又早已亡佚，现存乃清何子贞旧藏拓本传世。 </P>
<P> 是志楷书二十行，每行二十字，共三百六十七字。其书法精美遒古，峻宕朴茂，结构扁方疏朗，内紧外松，多出隶意。此墓志虽属正书，行笔却不拘一格，风骨内敛，自然高雅。笔法中锋与侧锋兼用，方圆兼施，以求刚柔相济，生动飘逸之风格，堪称北魏书法之精品。</P>
