<P> 造像记高88厘米，宽42厘米，是元详随北魏孝文帝南伐迁都至洛阳的历史实录。
<P> 造像龛位于洛阳龙门石窟古阳洞北壁，长乐王丘穆灵亮夫人尉迟造像龛上方。龛高138厘米，宽102厘米，深17厘米，在古阳洞中属于中型洞窟。龛内主佛为交脚弥勒。两侧胁侍菩萨皆双手合十侍立。圆拱形龛楣内刻十五天人持花绳。
造像记记载该龛为太和十八年十二年十一日立愿，太和二十二年九月二十三日完工，历时近三年又九个月。
