鉴于高启修先生的书艺日臻成熟,王学仲先生还特致其书信两封,以示勉力,成为山东书坛佳话.先生精行草而擅"榜书"所书行草"空灵","飘逸","秀美"而不是"典雅",榜书"雄浑","遒劲","妍丽"而不失"庄重",书作师古循贴而又别具新意,自成一格,颇受世人瞩目.
自八十年代以来,在全国历届书展种获奖并被多家纪念馆,博物馆收藏,作品远播"日本","韩国","国","美国"及港台地区,同时被众多企业家及国家领导人收藏.九七年庆祝香港回归参与书作巨幅"龙"字长卷引起轰动;九九年在曲阜参加为庆祝孔子诞辰2550周年,举办之中韩书画交流展深得好评,作品被韩国书协领导,同道收藏.二000年,应邀参加台湾"中华文教交流协会","中国美术家协会","中国文人画家总会","国宝画院"联合举办之"新世纪双龙书画大展"获二等奖,被台北国宝画院永久典藏,并聘为客座教授.二00二年<<百龙图>>长卷,被香港"大公报"收藏,高启修先生字"德臣"榜上有名.
近年来,曾应邀为国家领导人书写书法赠品及大幅"寿"字,先后被国家多家博物馆,纪念馆,大型宾馆收藏.并为众多企业家书写条幅作为礼品馈赠海内外友人,同道,作品远播日本,韩国,新加坡,美国及港台地区.
