<P> 此图画壮严耸立的汴梁宣德门，门上方彩云缭绕，十八对神态各的丹顶鹤翱翔盘旋在上空，另两对站立在殿脊的鸱吻之上，空中彷彿回荡着悦耳动听仙鹤齐呜的声音。画后有赵佶瘦金书叙述一段。此图为宋人邓椿《画继》中所记《宣和睿览》册中的一幅。《石渠宝笈重编》及《石渠随笔》著录。

<P> 赵佶即徽宗，是北宋末年的一位皇帝。他酷爱书画，在位二十五年，政治上昏庸无能，以至亡国被虏；但是绘画事业欲有倡导之功。其本人诗书画均有精湛的造诣，尤以花乌画专长，以工细彩墨为主，有时并能寓巧与拙。此幅《柳鸦图》是他绘画风格的代表作之一，原为《柳鸦芦雁图卷》的前半幅。柳和鸦采用没骨画法，设色浅淡，构图洗练。粗壮的柳根，细嫩的枝条，姿貌丰腴的楼鸦画得都很精细工整。楼鸦双双休息喜戏，形态自在安祥。点睛用生漆，更显得神采奕奕。画面在黑白对比和疏密穿插上取得了很大成功。
画钤赵佶的“宣和中秘”朱文长方印，半钤明内府“纪察司印”。《庚子销夏记》，《石渠随笔》著录。

<P>他酷爱艺术，在位时将画家的地位提到在中国历史上最高的位置，以画作为科举升官的一种考试方法，每年以诗词做题目曾刺激出许多新的创意佳话。如题目为“山中藏古寺”，许多人画深山寺院飞檐，但得第一名的没有画任何房屋，只画了一个和尚在山溪挑水；另题为“踏花归来马蹄香”，得第一名的没有画任何花卉，只画了一人骑马，有蝴蝶飞绕马蹄间，凡此等等。这些都极大地刺激了<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%B8%AD%E5%9B%BD%E7%94%BB" target="_blank" >中国画</A>意境的发展。他本人也是一位技艺高超的画家，传世名作有《听琴图》、《芙蓉锦鸡图》、《千里江山图》等（均藏于<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%8F%B0%E5%8C%97" target="_blank" >台北</A><a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%95%85%E5%AE%AB%E5%8D%9A%E7%89%A9%E9%99%A2" target="_blank" >故宫博物院</A>）。他对自然观察入微，曾写到：“孔雀登高，必先举左腿”等有关绘画的理论文章。广泛搜集历代文物，令下属编辑《宣和书谱》、《宣和画谱》、《宣和博古录》等著名美术史书籍。对研究美术史有相当大的贡献。</P>
<P>赵佶于在位期间，过分追求奢侈生活，在南方采办“花石纲”，搜集奇花异石运到<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E6%B1%B4%E4%BA%AC&action=edit" target="_blank" >汴京</A>修建园林宫殿，崇信<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%81%93%E6%95%99" target="_blank" >道教</A>，自称“道君皇帝”，任用贪官宦官横征暴敛，激起各地农民起义。当金兵入侵，无法应付时，急忙传位给他儿子<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E5%AE%8B%E9%92%A6%E5%AE%97&action=edit" target="_blank" >宋钦宗</A>去对付，自己则当“太上皇”，但终于无法挽回局势，父子两人皆被金兵俘虏北上，受尽折磨，八年后死于<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%BB%91%E9%BE%99%E6%B1%9F" target="_blank" >黑龙江</A><a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E4%BE%9D%E5%85%B0&action=edit" target="_blank" >依兰</A>。</P>

虽然皇帝做的不好 在书画史上是功不可没的 他当朝期间的画院繁荣非常啊 见识了，他的工笔真的画的很精彩！ 天子画 惜哉，赵佶可为天资聪颖，观其才过古人而识不及庸人，何耶？贵为天子，不修方策而为小伎！身死他乡，为后人笑矣！:L :L
