元倪瓒

倪瓒（公元1301-1374年），字元镇，号云林子、幻霞子等。无锡（今属江苏人）。家豪富。元末卖去田屋，浪迹湖泖。擅长画水墨山水，宗董源，兼学荆浩、关仝。作品多取材於太湖一带景色，意境简疏茺寒。他的画风对明清文人山水画有较大影响。与黄公望、王蒙、吴镇并称为“元四家”。

倪瓒的绘画开创了水墨山水的一代画风，在绘画史上被列为元代中后期的“元季四大家”之一，又被当代评为“中国古代十大画家”之一，英国大不列颠百科全书将他列为世界文化名人。倪瓒原名琏，后改名瓒。自称倪迂，变姓名曰奚元朗，又曰元映。字元镇，号云林，又署云林子或云林散人。别号有很多：荆蛮子，净名居士，朱阳馆主，萧山闭卿，幻霞子。他是无锡人。生于1301年，卒于1374年。倪瓒家族为江南著名豪富，幼年丧父，由其兄抚养。自小受到良好教育。读书努力，过目不忘，一生没做过官，40岁以前优游岁月，过着富裕而“风雅”的名士生活，吟诗作画，邀名流同赏古书画，调声律，游四方。其人清眉秀目，有洁癖。在他后半生约20年中，社会动荡，战争连年，思想日趋消极，开始疏散的他的家财，游荡在太湖四周一带。扁舟五湖，过着闲适，优游的岁月。清人在《一峰道人遣集序》中直言不讳，“元代人才，虽不若赵宋之盛，而高士特著，高士之中，首推倪黄”。所以在明清画家中，倪瓒的诗、文、书、画，受到了极大的重视。著有《云林诗集》、《清闷阁集》。
倪瓒善画山水、竹石，早年拜董源为师，后师法唐末五代著名山水画家荆浩和关仝二人。画法墨色清淡，用侧锋，有轻有重，以干而带毛的“渴笔”画山石树木，作折带皴，间用披麻皴，多用横点点苔，皴擦多于渲染，画树多取松疏姿态，树叶用松针点、介字点、仰叶点、圆点、垂藤点等数种；夹叶很少用，好写汀诸遥岭，小山竹树等平远景色。他还好画疏林坡岸，浅水遥岑之景，意境萧散简远，简中寓繁，用笔似嫩实苍，给文人水墨山水画以新的发展。构图上他突出个人风格特点，采用平远构图，近坡高树数株，中间是辽阔的湖面，把远山提到了画幅最上端，构成两段式章法，使画面具有辽阔旷远的特殊艺术效果。中右方以小楷长题连接上下景，使全图浑然一体。这种章法是倪瓒的一大发明。其画竹也极负盛名。倪瓒写竹，往往超乎于形似之外，着重于抒发“胸中逸气”，他自跋画竹云：“余之竹聊以写胸中逸气耳，岂复较其似与非，叶之繁与疏，技之斜与真哉！或涂抹久之，它人视为麻为芦，仆亦不能强辨为竹”。事实上他的大量传世作品，无不以自然为自己的创作源泉。只不过他不刻意追求形似，而是把自然的山水当作自己寄兴抒情的依托。

 此图绘坡陀上六株树木劲挺列植。湖面宽阔无波，江上岗峦遥接还空。气象萧索清旷。六株树据李日华去为松、柏、樟、楠、槐、榆，有其象徵意义。黄公望题诗中指谓：“居然相对六君子，正直特立无偏颇。”山岗坡石的画法从董源脱出，而参以方折之笔，柔中寓刚。
 树木用笔简洁疏放，似不经意而骨力内含。故王铎题语中评道：“画之简者，其神骨韵气则不薄。”
 画幅中自题一则，述作画经过。此图作於至正五年（公元1345年），时倪瓒年四十五岁。画幅中还有元公望、朽木居士、赵觐、钱云等诗。诗塘中有明人董其昌题识，裱边有明人王铎，清人周寿昌、许乃普、陈荣等题跋或观款。

倪瓒

倪瓒(1301年～1374年)，字元镇，号云林、幻霞生、荆蛮民。元代画家、诗人。无锡（今属江苏）人。倪瓒是元代南宗山水画的代表画家，其作品以纸本水墨为主，间用淡色。前景中的树木和空白处的楷书题款几乎成了倪瓒个人的符号。
倪瓒家本富有，收藏图书文物甚多，元末农民起义，社会动乱，他变卖田产，疏散财物，归隐泛舟五湖，达20年之久，研究佛学，后来又入全真教出家。多交游博学多才之士，曾向黄公望请教绘画，并经常和王蒙切磋。后世将他和黄公望、王蒙、吴镇并称为“元四家”，明清时代受到董其昌等人推崇，常将他置于其他三人之上。六君子图
倪瓒善画水墨山水画，创造“折带皴”，是平远画法的典型，取材于太湖一带平原风景，其画萧瑟幽寂，寒林浅水，不见人踪，画出他伤时感事的心情。他的画“似嫩而苍”，简中寓繁，小中见大，外落寞而内蕴激情。他也善画墨竹，风格“遒逸”，瘦劲开张。画中题咏很多。他的画由于简练，多年来伪作甚多，但不容易仿出他的萧条淡泊的气质。水竹居图
