沈尹默书法

      沈尹默（1883－1971），浙江湖州人。原名君默，字中，号秋明、瓠瓜。早年留学日本。1912年回国后，任北京大学教授。五四时期，曾任《新青年》编委，从事新文化运动。后任河北省教育厅长、北平大学校长。建国后，历任中央文史馆副馆长、上海市人民委员会委员、上海市文联副主席、上海中国书法篆刻研究会主任等。工诗词。精研书法，崇尚“二王”书风，为现代著名书法家。著有《秋明室杂诗》、《雅书丛话》、《书法论》、《执笔五字法》、《二王书法管窥》、《书法论丛》、《历代名家学书经验谈辑要释疑》、《沈尹默论书丛稿》、《沈尹默行书墨迹》、《沈尹默书法集》等。

<P align=justify><SMALL><SMALL>　</SMALL></SMALL>   原名君默，字中，后更名尹默，号秋明、匏瓜。浙江吴兴人，与赵孟俯是同乡。近代中国最负盛名的书法家之一。其实，沈尹默初以诗名，是五四新文化运动的一员主将，30岁就在北京大学做教授，所交游者皆一时风云人物。书法少时就开始学了，在地方上已很有书名，但有一次，陈独秀见到沈尹默写的一首诗，对沈说：“诗很好，但字则其俗在骨。”沈尹默此后开始勤奋练字，如是不间断者两三年，书法面目从此一变。<BR>　　沈尹默是以学帖出名的。其实，他在碑上也下了苦功。近50岁时致力于行草书，从米南宫而释智永，而虞世南，而褚遂良，再上溯二王。又在故宫博览历代名迹，眼界大开。这是沈尹默书法生涯中一个关键时期。沈尹默书法由此大进，秀雅、俊美的个人风格也基本形成。51岁上办了第一次个人书展，以后几乎一年一次，名震南北，收入巨富。<BR>　　书法实践的同时，沈尹默也深入研究了书法理论。他结合自己学书的体会，将书法理论通俗化，起到了广泛的宣传作用。沈尹默于解放后，积极从事书法艺术的教育与普及工作，培养了不少卓有成就的书家。上海的书坛上，至今仍活跃着许多沈先生的传人。<FONT face=宋体 size=2><BR></FONT></P>
