“同一个世界同一个梦想” 中国书法篆刻大赛公告   PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE CONTEST ON CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY AND SEAL CUTTING       为迎接2008北京奥运盛会，共镶书法篆刻艺术盛举，分享奥林匹克运动情怀。中国书画论坛定于2007年6月1日开始，举办中国书法篆刻大赛并以“同一个世界同一个梦想”为主题。   欢迎全国及世界各地的中国书法、篆刻专业人士及爱好者踊跃参加！   一、主办   中国书画论坛(www.3hao.org)    书画家（www.1hao.org）   北京美好文化艺术中心   二、主题及作品内容要求   参赛作品须以“同一个世界同一个梦想”为主题，可以是古今中外及原创的歌咏和平、颂扬和谐、追求卓越的名人名言和诗词文赋，也可以是歌咏奥林匹克精神的名人名言和诗词文赋，在同等条件下优先考虑主题内容原创之作品。   三、征稿对象   全国及世界各地爱好和平、向往和谐、追求卓越的所有中国书法、中国篆刻专业人士及爱好者均可参加。   四、征稿要求   参赛的作品分毛笔书法作品、硬笔书法作品、篆刻作品三种形式，投稿数量及作品规格不限，参赛作品应注明尺寸。   五、投稿时间   6月1日至8月8日   六、评选办法   1、初选。所有参赛作品将三个书法、硬笔书法和篆刻三个专题，交由网友投票，每个专题得票数排在前30名的作品进入下一轮评选；　 2、终评。将入选作品分书法、硬笔书法、篆刻三个专题，交由经遴选具备投票资格的网友进行投票，并分别评出一等奖3名、二等奖6名、三等奖9名。   七、投稿办法   1、所有参赛作品（图片）均发表在<a href="http://www.3hao.org/forumdisplay.php?fid=312">“同一个世界同一个梦想”书法篆刻大赛</a>专栏，同时参加书法、硬笔书法和篆刻大赛的作者，请将投稿作品（图片）分三个主题发表；   2、作品图片发表后，请将原作邮寄到中国书画论坛编辑部/北京美好文化艺术中心，并请在作品背面右下角用铅笔注明作者的网名、姓名、性别、年龄、通信地址、邮政编码、电话号码（最好是手机）等，同时将作者网名、姓名、性别、年龄、通信地址、邮政编码、电话号码（最好是手机），个人艺术简历通过论坛短信发给“中国书画论坛”，或发到指定电子信箱；   3、没有拍照条件的可直接将作品原件邮寄到中国书画论坛编辑部，由编辑部拍照后发表。   八、奖励办法   1、一等奖获得者奖给由“艺耕堂”提供的刻上获奖者本人作品（命题作品，刻字作品内容，四字以内，须与北京奥运有关）的价值500元的紫砂茗壶各一把，并可优先成为中国书画论坛（<a href="http://www.3hao.org/" target="_blank">www.3hao.org</a>)和书画家(<a href="http://www.1hao.org/" target="_blank">www.1hao.org</a>)两个网站的嘉宾会员。    　　二等奖获得者奖给由“艺耕堂”提供的价值300元的紫砂茗壶各一把。　　三等奖获得者奖给由“艺耕堂”提供的价值百元的紫砂茗壶各一把。   2、所有获奖者均由中国书画论坛/北京美好文化艺术中心颁发荣誉证书；同时，可由中国书画论坛编辑部/北京美好文化艺术中心协助在书画家（<a href="http://www.1hao.org/">www.1hao.org</a>）网开设个人网络工作室（个人博客主页）。   3、所有投稿作者均可获得500论坛金币（可在中国书画论坛购买书画作品）。   4、参赛作品专帖点击数最高的获得网络人气奖(1人），奖给由本坛网友原创的的绘画作品一幅。   九、专场拍卖   评选活动结束后，将汇集优秀参赛作品制作成电子书供网友下载，保存。同时，还将汇集参赛优秀作品在中国书画论坛举办专场拍卖会。拍卖活动组织办法参照《关于“拥抱春天”绘画作品拍卖专场相关事宜的说明》。未拍卖成交作品不再退还，希望大家能予谅解。   十、欢迎各类企业、机构及热心人提供友情赞助！    通信地址：北京北三环中路2号汇鑫祥源426室   邮编：100011   联系人：伊永君   电话：（010）62363984   传真：（010） 950507转311493/（010）62363894   E-mail:3hao@3hao.org/www.3hao.org@126.com   QQ咨询：183039538  651115987  437098937   论坛联系人：中国书画论坛、司马太华、周样、奥石楼主、笔墨的舞动 　　　　　　　　　         中国书画论坛·书画家                         北京美好文化艺术中心 　　　　　　　　　　　　　    2007年5月30日

PUBLIC NOTICEFOR THE CONTEST ON CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY AND SEAL CUTTING  With the coming of Beijing Olympic Games 2008, we, Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Forum, will hold a contest on Chinese calligraphy and seal cutting on the internet for promoting the spirits of  Olympic sports and sharing the happiness of Beijing Olympic Games 2008. This contest will start from Jun. 1, 2007 and its topic will be “One World, One Dream”.  Herewith, we sincerely welcome all the persons, professional or amateur, domestic or abroad, actively participate this contest .  A.   Sponsors  Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Forum (www.3hao.com)  Calligrapher & Painter Net(www.1hao.org)  Beijing Meihao Cultural & Art Centre B.   Requirements for the content of works “One World, One Dream” will be the topic of all the works, which can be the famous remarks by famous persons, poems or songs promoting  and seeking peace, harmony,  eminence and the spirits of Olympic sports. The works content can be both ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign. At the same conditions, the works with self-created content will share the priority  during the selection. C.   Participation qualification All the persons, professional or amateur on Chinese calligraphy and seal cutting, can participate this contest. D. Requirements for varieties of works The contestant works include three varieties, calligraphy works by Chinese brush, calligraphy works by pen and seal cutting works. The quantity of works and dimension of works are not limited. However, all the works shall be indicated the dimensions.E.   The time for contribution The works can be contributed from Jun.1 to Aug.8, 2007. F. Selection 1)    Preliminary selectionAll the works will be divided into three groups: Chinese brush calligraphy group, Pen calligraphy group and Seal cutting group. Each group will be voted by the internet visitors. The works, which take  the first 30 places, will enter into the next selection. 2) Final selectionAll the selected works in the preliminary selection will be also divided into three groups: Chinese brush calligraphy group, Pen calligraphy group and Seal cutting group. Each group will be voted by the qualified internet visitors. The finally selected works will be  awarded the first  prize(3 pieces), the second prize(6 pieces) and the third prize(9 pieces). G.     Contribution methods 1) All the works ( including pictures) will be published on the column of “One World, One Dream” calligraphy contest. The contestants, who participate the contest of three groups, Chinese brush calligraphy, Pen calligraphy and Seal cutting, at the same time, will be required to publish their works separately  in each group.  2)    After the publication of the works on the net, the contestants shall send the original works to the Edition Department of Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Forum (or Beijing Meihao Cultural & Art Centre). The contestants shall indicate their net name, real name, sex, age, mail address, post code, phone number( mobile phone number is better) in the right foot corner of the works’ back.  Meantime, the contestants shall send the above information and their art resume to Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Forum or send to the designated email box by email. 3)    If the digital camera is not available for making digital picture, the contestants can send the original works directly to the Edition Department of Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Forum.  The Edition Department will take the digital picture for the contestants’ works and publish the works on the net. H.      Awarding the prize 1)    The first prize winner  will be awarded one purple sand teapot provided by “Yigen Tang” company. The winner’s works (calligraphy works, seal cutting works,  less than four characters and related with Beijing Olympic games) will be cut on the surface of the teapot  worth RMB500 yuan. And the winner will share the priority to become VIP members of two nets: Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Forum( www.3hao.org) and Calligrapher & Painter (www.1hao.org). The second prize winner will be awarded one purple sand teapot (worth RMB 300 yuan) provided by “Yigen Tang” company. The third prize winner will be awarded one purple sand teapot( worth RMB 100 yuan) provided by “Yigen Tang” company. 2)    All  the winners will get the honor certificates issued by Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Forum and Beijing Meihao Cultural & Art Centre. Meantime, all the winners will get the support from these two organizations to set up personal studio (personal blog website) on the Calligrapher & Painter Net  (www.1hao.org). 3)    All the contestants will get 500 forum gold pennies and can buy the calligraphy or painting works from the Forum with these pennies. 4)    The contestant works, which shares the highest number of the visitors, will get the Net Popular Prize and will be awarded one piece of painting originally created by the Forum member. I.  Special auction After the selection, all the excellent works will be gathered and made into digital book for downloading by the net visitors. Meantime, all the excellent works will be put into special auction held by Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Forum. The works, which can not be sold at the auction, will not be returned to the authors.
