[font=宋体][size=12pt]凡国内外书法爱好者均可参赛。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=黑体][size=12pt]四、征稿要求：[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）内容：健康向上，古今诗词、联、赋、格言等均可，提倡与奥运、女皇故里、剑门蜀道等有关的内容（请登陆[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman][color=#810081][url=http://www.shufa2008.com/]www.shufa2008.com[/url][/color][/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]下载）或自作诗词。（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）规格：书体不限，形式不限，以竖式为宜，册页、手卷除外，硬笔书法作品尺寸横竖不超过[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]米；篆刻作品[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]6-10[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]方，附两个以上边款，贴在不大于[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]尺对开的宣纸印屏上。草书、篆书、篆刻须另附释文。（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）要求：请用铅笔在作品背面右下角工整准确地注明作者真实姓名、年龄、性别、组别、身份证号码、联系电话、详细通讯地址及邮编。（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）每件作品须从邮局汇参评费[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]20[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元（勿在信封中夹寄，国外汇[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]20[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]美元），无资不评。（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）投稿作品数量不限，禁止化名重复投稿。（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）中国硬笔书法协会、中国书法协会各团体会员组织的作品稿件免初评。（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]7[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）来稿一律不退。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=黑体][size=12pt]五、评审与设奖：[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]（一）评委：由中国硬笔书法协会组成本次大赛评委会，制定评审细则、评审工作流程和评委守则及对评委违规的处理办法。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]（二）评审：评审分两个阶段进行，第一阶段，通过初评、复评和终评，从来稿中评出入展作品[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]880[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]件。第二阶段，通过投票选出获奖作品[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]80[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]件。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]（三）分组评奖：少年组（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]7-18[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]周岁）、青年组（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]19-35[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]周岁）、中年组（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]36-59[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]周岁）、老年组（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]60[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]周岁以上）等四个组别；大赛每组分设金奖[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]名，银奖[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]7[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]名，铜奖[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]名；总设优秀奖[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]800[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]名。（以上数量为规定的上限，评审中可根据作品质量情况确定具体名额）。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]本次大赛颁奖仪式之前将出版《[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]’2008[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]我为奥运加油“剑门关杯”全国硬笔书法大赛精品集》。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=黑体][size=12pt]七、作者待遇和相关责任：[/size][/font]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、大赛对获等级奖的作者颁发奖金、证书，优秀奖的作者颁发证书。获等级奖和部分优秀奖的作品编入大赛《精品集》，并分别向每位获等级奖的作者赠送大赛《精品集》一册，获优秀奖的作者请另汇邮费[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]20[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元，便可获得大赛《精品集》一册。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、金奖奖金每人[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1000[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元，银奖奖金每人[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]500[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元，铜奖奖金每人[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]200[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元（奖金均为税前）。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、本次大赛获奖作者的奖金，除在现场颁发外，其余未到场者将在颁奖仪式结束后两个月内寄达作者。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、非会员书法作品获优秀奖以上（含优秀奖）的作者具备加入中国硬笔书法协会的条件之一。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、部分参赛作品将在本次大赛网站上及时公布。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、大赛同时开展大赛《精品集》预定工作，《精品集》初步估价[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]80[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元（以最终定价为准），所有参赛者可优惠[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
