縱 28.3 公分 橫 75.5 公分 顏真卿（709~785），後世尊稱顏魯公、顏平原。祖籍山東臨沂。李西烈叛亂，魯公奉命前往諭降，貞元元年（785）八月三日，以不屈殉節。安史之亂，魯公堂兄顏杲卿任常山郡太守，賊兵進逼，太原節度使擁兵不救，以至城破，顏杲卿與子顏季明罹難。所以文中說，「賊臣不救，孤城圍逼，父陷子死，巢傾卵覆。」事後魯公派長姪泉明前往善後，僅得杲卿一足、季明頭骨，乃有〈祭姪文稿〉之作，時年魯公五十歲。評論書法作字、向有字如其人之說。魯公一門忠烈，生平大節凜然，精神氣節之反應於翰墨，本卷最為論書者所樂舉。通篇使用一管微禿之筆，以圓健筆法，有若流轉之篆書，自首至尾，雖因墨枯再醮墨，墨色因停頓起始，黑灰濃枯，多所變化，然前後一氣呵成。
本卷既是起草文稿，其中刪改塗抹，正可見魯公為文構思，始末情懷起伏，胸臆了無掩飾，當是存世魯公手書第一名墨蹟。 《祭侄文稿》行草墨迹，颜真卿书。纵28.2厘米，横72.3厘米，25行，共230字。此帖本是颜真卿为自己的侄子写的一篇祭文草稿，他的侄子季明为叛军安禄山所残杀。这件作品原不是作为书法作品来写的，由于心情极度悲愤，情绪已难以平静，错桀之处增多，时有涂抹，但正因为如此，此幅字写得凝重峻涩而又神采飞动，笔势圆润雄奇，姿态横生，纯以神写，得自然之妙。元代张敬晏题跋云：“以为告不如书简，书简不如起草。盖以告是官作，虽楷端，终为绳约；书简出于一时之意兴，则颇能放纵矣；而起草又出于无心，是其手心两忘，真妙见于此也。”元代鲜于枢评此帖为 “天下第二行书”。在此帖真迹中，所有的渴笔和牵带的地方都历历可见，能让人看出行笔的过程和笔锋变换之妙，对于学习行草书有很大的益处。原迹现藏台湾故宫博物院。 <img src="attachments/dvbbs/2004122812227929.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor=\'hand\'; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {return true;} else {window.open(\'attachments/dvbbs/2004122812227929.jpg\');}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" />
