<P> 高二十四.二厘米，口径二十一厘米，传清道光时期陕西岐山出土。《天亡簋》又称大丰簋。多数人称它为《天亡簋》，昌周武王时期的器物。此器制作浑朴厚重文字优美，圆身，方座，四兽耳附珥。周身饰昂首张口相对回旋龙纹，器座也作相对回旋龙纹，内底有铭文八行七十七字。铭文大意是记述武王克商西归宗周，举行大封典礼并文王和上帝，天亡辅助武王举行祭祀受到赏赐，因铸此殷，以记荣宠。天亡其人，有太公望，史佚和泰颖诸说，均待进一步考证。《天亡簋》是西周初期的铜器，是武王刚伐商时所造，其器形，纹饰、铭文，书法都有其特点，和一般商代铜器不同，它是传世较为可靠的最早的典型西周铜器。其铭文“丕县王则省，丕王则赓。”对偶工整，用韵协调，为商代卜辞和金文所未见，它不仅开创千古词赋的先河，同时也看出我国韵文的最早表现形式。《天亡簋》和西周初期的《宜侯矢簋》《井侯簋》《太保簋》（均作四耳）以及河南洛阳塔湾出土的回旋龙纹铜殷（下连方座）其形较近似，它不仅具有重要史料价值和书法价值，也是我们在西周铜器断代上作为依据的一件重要标准器</P>
